Labor Relations Task Team
The Labor Relations Task Team is charged with negotiating on behalf of CRC Union Contractor firms with United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local No. 11 leadership. The group meets as needed, with significant time invested during periods of contract negotiations.

Joint Grievance Board
The Joint Grievance Board, appointed by the CRCA President, resolves disputes between union workers and the management of CRC firms. Rulings by this group are binding immediately following judgment.

Scholarship Committee
The CRC Scholarship Committee awards scholarship funding to the Chicagoland Roofing Council and United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local No. 11 employee dependents for higher education or vocational school.

This group administers the Chicagoland Roofing Council Advancement and Research Fund. The Fund uses the hourly contributions for activities that promote the use of CRC Contractor firms and United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local No. 11 labor force.

This group, appointed by the President of CRCA, liaison’s with various safety councils around the country. Additionally, the group works closely with OSHA at a local and national level to further safety in the Roofing and Waterproofing industry.
