CRC is the identity for the
Advancement and Research Fund from the union affiliated CRCA Contractor
Firms and the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied
Workers, Local No. 11. CRC's main function is to promote the United
Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local No. 11
Labor Force and Union Employing Contractor Firms, who may also be
members of the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association. Additionally,
the group does research to promote and advance the industry.
Mission Statement
CRC Professional Contractor Firms are partnered with the United

Value Statement
The CRC is a partnership of Professional Union Roofing Contractor
Firms in the Chicagoland area who partner with United Union of Roofers,
Waterproofers and Allied Workers, Local No. 11 personnel to provide
weatherproof protection on commercial, industrial, institutional
and residential buildings throughout the Chicago Area. The firms'
Partnership consists of an involved group of people, committed to
long term, on budget, and on time performance through management
process expertise working with an educated, trained and efficient
workforce. The result of this investment in people, equipment and
the roofing installation process is efficiency, long term performance
and quality of installed roofing and waterproofing systems.
The CRC partnership installs almost 80% of commercial, industrial
and institutional roofing in Chicagoland. Its member firms and workforce
average over 20 years in the business meaning long term experience
on the job. With some firms over 90 years old, work environment
stability provides the cumulative technical expertise, operational
and financial resources to get the job done right the first time,
while staying with you for the duration of your building’s
life.
