Roofing, Waterproofing and Allied work are skilled trades, with much technical expertise required in addition to physical work. The work is very diverse, with every project different than the last. Additionally, each person must pass proficiency tests before becoming a Journeyman Roofer, quantifiably proving their technical expertise.
