COLD APPLIED LIQUID ROOFING

  • CHICAGOLAND’S BEST VALUE, BEST ROOFS ALL YEAR LONG...

The cold applied liquid roofing systems are typically one part liquid rubber type materials that are squeegeed, sprayed or roller applied, brushed or troweled into place with or without felt reinforcement.

These materials are typically used in protected / inverted roof membrane assemblies (PRMA-IRMA), where the insulation is installed over the roof membrane, protection board, and or drainage boards with a final topping of pavers or even garden vegetative covering.

The system has to be installed to the manufacturers installation instructions, the listing, where applicable, and the building code.

Visit the specific build up membrane pages for more information.
