The cold applied liquid waterproofing systems are typically one part liquid rubber type materials that are squeegeed into place with or without felt reinforcement. These materials are typically used in below grade basement walls and horizontal decks which may be roofs of parking garages, basements, occupied below grade spaces.


The waterproofing is installed directly to the structural wall or deck, typically concrete, then insulation, protection and or drainage board is installed with final topping of pavers, concrete, soil to plant grass or even garden vegetative coverings.
